Application to Serve on the Board of Directors 2008 / 2009

Background – Any homeowner of the Wood Hollow subdivision in good standing is eligible to run for a position on the Board of Directors. Homeowners are encouraged to participate fully in all Association activities and seriously consider running for a board position for a one-year term.

Nominations and elections take place at the annual meeting every July. This year, the annual meeting will be held at the gazebo on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.

Makeup of the Board

The Wood Hollow Homeowners Board of Directors currently consists of the following:

Ellen Pfeil, President
Bill Thompson, Vice President
Elizabeth Saigal, Secretary
Bill Guthrie, Treasurer

There is a provision for an Assistant Secretary and splitting the duties of Secretary’s position. The current board has decided to add the fifth officer beginning in the 2008 / 2009 calendar.
